Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I've had experience with both Salesforce and Zoho so far in my 11-year sales career. As we were building the organization we needed something the sales team could use and eventually the rest of the company could scale into - with limited resources internally, but the desire for a lot of features of larger CRMs Hubspot quickly became the right choice. It has been an excellent tool for our outbound marketing & sales efforts, our client success team's initiatives, and overall data storage.
