Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I've had experience with both Salesforce and Zoho so far in my 11-year sales career. As we were building the organization we needed something the sales team could use and eventually the rest of the company could scale into - with limited resources internally, but the desire for a lot of features of larger CRMs Hubspot quickly became the right choice. It has been an excellent tool for our outbound marketing & sales efforts, our client success team's initiatives, and overall data storage.

Currently starting with service hub after deploying sales starter, marketing starter, and enterprise sales

Trello, Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), Google Hangouts Meet
Small, mid, and large companies looking to combine marketing, sales, and account manager in one. A group looking for ease of setup without involving a developer or sales enablement team. If your team is currently prohibited by the cost of multiple tools.

I wouldn't necessarily recommend this if you've got a full enablement team and someone to dedicate solely to CRM buildout.
