Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot CRM for our Sales team. It makes work easier as it provides everything in one console right from conversations to leads. The features also helps to keep tab on progress with each customer and the easier navigation makes it smooth to do you day-to-day work. I have been using it for almost a year now and now I spend most my time working with HubSpot, my sales graph has also increased in this year.
  • Easy access to all your contacts from various sections.
  • Good interface making everything easier for customer.
  • In conversations I sometime face issue with reassigning.
  • The deal cycle has reduced considerably.
It is really easy to use and navigate on HubSpot.
  • Freshworks CRM (formerly Freshsales)
We use both, Freshworks for internal and HubSpot for purely sales and marketing.
