Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use the HubSpot CRM in a multitude of ways. Primarily I use it to monitor activity levels and revenue associated with different accounts in my geographic territory. It helps because our business is split into divisions that all may call on the same or similar people. The monitored activity allows me to be knowledgeable about everything going on within the account. We also use the persona technology quite extensively.
- Reporting.
- Logs internal activity efficiently.
- Provides great insight into customers' activity (i.e. opening emails, watching videos, etc.).
- Integration with add-ins (i.e. Qwilr).
- Email Marketing - We have had trouble sending emails through HubSpot CRM.
- Revenue Growth.
- More efficient sales processes.
- Salesforce Lightning Platform (formerly Salesforce App Cloud)
Much more user-friendly...better ability to easily create custom reports.
