Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Great! We use it to keep track of everything. I have used the recording calls feature to record closing calls that I have used to train my sales reps. The HubSpot Academy has been very useful in teaching me new business strategies, and how to mold my department into what I want it to become. The Customer Service support is spectacular, and I will recommend HubSpot to every company I come across in the future.
  • Tracking data.
  • Automating the sales process.
  • Using data to check when our clients have lied about whether or not they have gotten merchandise.
  • Easier instruction on how to build reports.
  • Better training videos for my sales reps.
Very highly customizable, but comes at the expense of a strong learning curve.

It was well suited in our sales process. It wasn't great at e-commerce. That could be that our e-commerce director did a poor job at inserting data.
