Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Great! We use it to keep track of everything. I have used the recording calls feature to record closing calls that I have used to train my sales reps. The HubSpot Academy has been very useful in teaching me new business strategies, and how to mold my department into what I want it to become. The Customer Service support is spectacular, and I will recommend HubSpot to every company I come across in the future.

- Using data to check when our clients have lied about whether or not they have gotten merchandise.
- Easier instruction on how to build reports.
- Better training videos for my sales reps.
If anything it has polarized us. This is probably because in our case the marketing department hasn't been using the CRM as well as it could have been.
