Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use it to keep all of our contacts and the companies that we work with. We can search for them and find their information - and put them in sales sequences or marketing workflows. We can email from HubSpot and also use the call feature. We can create notes and log what we have done with each individual contact. HubSpot also lets us know when a contact visits our site and clicks on one of our links. It’s very organized and helpful.

Very successfully. Even though I work in sales, I can still access the marketing workflows and use the tools there. It makes it easy to go back and forth.
