Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use it to keep all of our contacts and the companies that we work with. We can search for them and find their information - and put them in sales sequences or marketing workflows. We can email from HubSpot and also use the call feature. We can create notes and log what we have done with each individual contact. HubSpot also lets us know when a contact visits our site and clicks on one of our links. It’s very organized and helpful.

I haven’t used any other types of CRM software, so I am unable to compare it to anything else.

It’s a very organized website and I like the fact that it’s very easy to use. I can easily find a contact or company and see the history when it comes to who I am looking up.
