I love that HubSpot takes care of the mundane aspects of sales follow-ups, while still allowing a personable approach. For me, the email sequencing capabilities have changed my workflow and enabled me to scale up my outbound, so I can't live without it. It's straightforward and easy to use.

HubSpot has been an excellent tool for engaging with prospects, picking insights on what's resonating, and also managing the workflows by setting up templates, snippets, etc. I particularly liked the interface and how customer-friendly it is. Some of the features I've loved using are A/B Testing, Templates, Building a collection of campaigns to organize content internally, time engagement insights, etc.
