Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Every day to reach out to clients. Helps us organize outreach efforts and stay focused/on track. All the salespeople use it and SDR and BDR use it for everything. We also integrate it with our email and other software. One problem it fixes is that we can see what other team members are doing and who they have contacted
- Ease of use
- Only 5 automated emails is tough
- zoominfo integration isn't the best
- Uploaded companies without url can be wacky
- Easy to learn but hard to master
I have not used any other CRM softwares so I do not think it would be fair for me to compare HubSpot to the other CRMS. But compared to other software I have used, it looks nice, works well, and it does what I need it to do. Very good.
Easy to log activities and view who's contacted a client. I do a lot of activities each week. All are through HubSpot. At the end of the week, my team uses HubSpot to track performance like meetings, activity, goals, etc. The marketing team can see everything we are doing and adjust accordingly.
I have not used any other CRMS. But I would say HubSpot is good. I do not think it is fair for me to compare other CRMs because I am newer to the sales side of the business. I had no role in selecting HubSpot. It's a household name and has heard it before working here.

Every day I use it. It is well suited for email, text, and calls. I would love to see more LinkedIn-focused features in the future but for now, the functions in place are good and I really would not change very much. Perfect for scenarios where you need to collaborate outreach attempts with your team.
