Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot CRM to manage all of our sales operations - across the sales funnel. From creating calendar links to setting up meetings with prospects, tracking their website behavior, mapping to buyer personas, nurturing them through automated, targeted communications based on the persona and the funnel stage, to seeing pipeline status, tracking key metrics sales person-wise - it's really an end to end solution for organizing your sales processes. We started 3 years back as a startup with little to no B2B sales experience, HubSpot CRM has helped us build those processes pretty much from scratch.

  • It is really expensive
  • Calendar functionalities are limited
  • Email design capabilities are limited
  • More structured processes
  • Better understanding of sales
  • More accurate projections and forecasting
The setup does require a lot of effort - and you need to develop processes and training around the usage. Adoption also takes persistence and patience as sales reps need to wrap their heads around the vastness of the product. But once these processes are set up, things become smoother.
