Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM organizes our entire sales and outreach process. In my line of work, I am reaching out to 50+ contacts a day through email, and in order to build those relationships, I need to have more communication with these individuals than just the first interaction. HubSpot CRM allows
us to keep track of each individual we are in contact with, track all
past and future interactions, and keep up-to-date notes to create a
cross-company understanding of each deal. The automated email system
also allows a constant flow of outreach to customers who are buying our
products. The tasks feature creates a tidy to-do list for each person in our company to ensure that we are optimizing our effort to grow sales and connect with resellers of our products. Finally, the deals feature allows us to keep track of large and small deals in order to confirm quantities available, consistent pricing and discounts, and customer relationships.

The capabilities and features provided by HubSpot CRM exceed most CRMs I have seen in the past. There is an extensive amount of learning to do when it comes to maximizing your capabilities with HubSpot CRM; however, the tutorials and learning aspects HubSpot CRM provides are plentiful compared to the other CRMs I have seen. There are plenty of features that can be utilized by "figuring it out" and this will actually take you quite far. The ability HubSpot CRM provides to grow and transform the base features provided to meet your needs is quite remarkable. It's a "you get out what you put in" kind of software, which I really enjoy. All the tools for maximizing the software are given to you and it's up to you to learn more depending on what you're hoping to get out.
HubSpot CRM had a rich library of features to choose from with the ability to close the learning gap much easier. HubSpot CRM also scales its price point and features to match your company's journey. I appreciated that I could pay for exactly what I wanted, not a bevy of features I wouldn't need for years. Since buying this software, I have added on specific features due to the growth and necessities of my company. The learning features, on-demand customer support, and scalable pricing made my initial purchase of this software much less daunting than my experience with other CRM options I was looking at.

HubSpot CRM is well suited for keeping track of your customer interactions and tasks to improve sales and maintain and grow relationships. As my company grows, it's becoming increasingly more difficult to keep up with past relationships, pricing, discounts, and general buying behavior from our customers. HubSpot CRM has given us the tools to have consistent communication and upkeep with customers rather than initial interactions and email/call silence. It's been incredibly helpful for giving more power to one individual in terms of growing sales rather than hiring on more employees to do the work one person can do. Organization is the most significant factor that has laid out a clear path for us to follow for consistent growth as a business. HubSpot CRM is not appropriate for small-scale customer base upkeep. If you have a small database that is easily manageable, it might not be worth the price point that HubSpot CRM charges. If you are not doing much outreach, it wouldn't be appropriate either. HubSpot CRM has scalable options to meet you at the stage your company is at, but, in my opinion, it wouldn't be worth bringing on if your company is bringing in less than 7 figures.
