Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot CRM holds all of my contacts in various positions throughout the country (and world) for my use as a consultant. I am able to search and find the right contacts for the consulting and focus groups required by my customers. It is customizable and therefore I am able to glean the exact qualifications regarding each of my consulting contacts for the focus groups I put together.

- Customization could be more intuitive.
- Searching through the system could also be more intuitive.
- I had to Google and use the help section for many of my tasks.
- The platform being free saved me during the pandemic.
- I can be highly reliable and identify my consultants in real time using the platform.
- I like that I can keep adding to my CRM and it saves for free.
I haven't had to do much marketing, so this is not something on which I can provide much insight.
I chose HubSpot CRM over Salesforce because I have used Salesforce before and it is unnecessarily complicated and cumbersome. On top of that, there is no level of free that I can use for my very young company where I must be careful with every penny spent on overhead. I chose Hubspot CRM for these reasons as it met my needs better.
