Our team uses HubSpot CRM as our source of truth for our CRM. Our backend syncs with HubSpot CRM to provide easy-to-view data on users for anyone in the team. Our emails are segmented and routed through HubSpot CRM, and our sales team tracks deals using HubSpot CRM. All of this works harmoniously and effortlessly.

Well suited as your first CRM, HubSpot CRM does everything, and most things well. It is a critical stepping stone before investing in a custom-built Salesforce setup, and in many ways makes CRM so easy that there is no reason to switch to anything else as you scale. It's less well-suited for very specific applications. While HubSpot CRM gives you a great out-of-the-box toolset to tweak it for your organization's needs, it can't match the custom build features of Salesforce.
