Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot to organize and handle all inbound communications from all 11 stores, including our live chat on our website. We also use it to track catering sales for 7 of those stores. We use reporting to track tickets of issues customers have with the food they purchase, issues with the app we have for our stores, and track fundraising and philanthropy events we host. I could not do my job without it.
