HubSpot CRM has been able to help automate a ton of our Support process and help get us in front of our clients that need the most help. We have been able to push data from our Admin system into HubSpot and pivot off of this to create automation for ticket creation and automated emails. I love HubSpot and that they are always looking at improving and adding new features. Since we started using this software our Support has improved by over 30%.
