Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use it for marketing and sales primarily. Hubspot solves the issue of managing our pipeline and keeping a track of our existing clients and prospects. The marketing team uses it for prospects to engage them in any upcoming features and the sales team uses it to manage the funnel and stay in touch with existing clients

- Integrates well with other applications really well such as Slack, Gmail and Dialpad
- Show relevant, concise data which is useful to know if the content is. gauging attention of the prospects
- Break less often, often during calls or emails hubspot stops functioning
- Hard to keep track of leads due to irregular data even if it organized
- Lacks the ability to perform quick functions for existing leads if new sequences have to use, would be more efficient to have the option of mass enrolling leads and having auto rejection of disqualified leads

Salesforce is more intuitive and user-friendly than HubSpot CRM for sure. Our company is still in the growth phase and we're really new which is one of the reasons we chose HubSpot CRM so far it has been performing well with what we need and what we want to get done.
