Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use it for marketing and sales primarily. Hubspot solves the issue of managing our pipeline and keeping a track of our existing clients and prospects. The marketing team uses it for prospects to engage them in any upcoming features and the sales team uses it to manage the funnel and stay in touch with existing clients

  • Integrates well with other applications really well such as Slack, Gmail and Dialpad
  • Show relevant, concise data which is useful to know if the content is. gauging attention of the prospects
  • Break less often, often during calls or emails hubspot stops functioning
  • Hard to keep track of leads due to irregular data even if it organized
  • Lacks the ability to perform quick functions for existing leads if new sequences have to use, would be more efficient to have the option of mass enrolling leads and having auto rejection of disqualified leads

I have used Salesforce before and I did like the ease it offers, comparing HubSpot CRM it did take some time to get used to it, but now I have become quite proficient. The only thing that I don't like about HubSpot CRM is the way it takes forever to load sometimes and keeps breaking every now and then.
Now we are able to know exactly what campaigns are being run by the marketing team and how the clients are reacting to these campaigns when the sales team reaches out to them. The sales team is able to mention the campaigns in intricate detail and also book a lot of these interested clients into demos.
Salesforce is more intuitive and user-friendly than HubSpot CRM for sure. Our company is still in the growth phase and we're really new which is one of the reasons we chose HubSpot CRM so far it has been performing well with what we need and what we want to get done.

HubSpot CRM is more suited to smaller companies needing a CRM to handle most of the tasks thrown at it, be it making calls to prospects or getting in touch with existing clients. HubSpot CRM makes it easy to know the status of the leads and how they're converting, knowing the analytics and performance clearly.
