Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot CRM to maintain accurate records of all the leads I contact. I use it to call/email/SMS the leads that come in, I use it to communicate through Live Chat, and I use it to monitor sales pipelines.
  • Records activity on each leads feed
  • Good plug in to link Gmail activity to lead profiles
  • Prompt responses to any issues faced
  • In the pipelines, there is a function where - when in tile view - it can be seen whether there is an upcoming task assigned to that lead for the future. Sometimes there is a task assigned, and it shows as 'no activity scheduled' - this is a shame as it is a handy feature and would be great if it could be trusted.
  • Sometimes when you make a task, it creates duplicates for no apparent reason. I delete the other one, but it's annoying.
  • Because of user-friendliness and a clear interface, the platform facilitates clear and quick communication with leads in order to reach targets.
It's a 10, and the other I've used was a 1.
It makes alignment and cooperation between teams very easy. It's a transparent platform - always easy to see what activity is being performed/what is going on.

Overall, HubSpot CRM is very suited to the job I do. I don't find it difficult to use, and it's generally very user-friendly. It would be handy if HubSpot CRM could identify when we may have a duplicate lead - we spend a lot of time merging contacts - it would be great if it were suggested as the leads come in - though not sure if this is possible.
