Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot CRM to maintain accurate records of all the leads I contact. I use it to call/email/SMS the leads that come in, I use it to communicate through Live Chat, and I use it to monitor sales pipelines.
- Records activity on each leads feed
- Good plug in to link Gmail activity to lead profiles
- Prompt responses to any issues faced
- In the pipelines, there is a function where - when in tile view - it can be seen whether there is an upcoming task assigned to that lead for the future. Sometimes there is a task assigned, and it shows as 'no activity scheduled' - this is a shame as it is a handy feature and would be great if it could be trusted.
- Sometimes when you make a task, it creates duplicates for no apparent reason. I delete the other one, but it's annoying.
- Because of user-friendliness and a clear interface, the platform facilitates clear and quick communication with leads in order to reach targets.
