Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot CRM for Qualifying leads from our pipeline. We generate quality revenue-generating reports for our Sales team. We also store contact and company date within the system. This is where we also get the details of our customers through our verifying team. Overall, HubSpot CRM is a complete tool for our sales journey.

For me, HubSpot CRM is easier to navigate compared to other CRMs. Because it has a user-friendly dashboard where you can search or access different types of data with ease. Also, it gives you the capability to create contacts or deals easier compared to its competitor. The number of data that you can store is pretty much unlimited.
As I mentioned HubSpot CRM provides a much more user-friendly interface compared to Salesforce. In Salesforce you see a lot of tabs that are really confusing especially if you a novice in using such sales tools. There are also lesser data scattered on your screen when you are using the CRM to navigate through your data.

I have been using HubSpot CRM even before I joined Sprout. The good thing about HubSpot CRM is that it has an integrated dialer for easier access to call out customers. One thing it can improve on is the possibility of using the dialer within the Philippines. Since our target market is within the PH only.
