Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot CRM for Qualifying leads from our pipeline. We generate quality revenue-generating reports for our Sales team. We also store contact and company date within the system. This is where we also get the details of our customers through our verifying team. Overall, HubSpot CRM is a complete tool for our sales journey.

In our organization, they've already integrated our marketing tools into HubSpot CRM. It makes prospecting customers much easier giving you easy access to data needed. Also, we are able to store data from our marketing team easier as well. We've had some challenges in data before but because of HubSpot CRM, we were able to address most of them.
As I mentioned HubSpot CRM provides a much more user-friendly interface compared to Salesforce. In Salesforce you see a lot of tabs that are really confusing especially if you a novice in using such sales tools. There are also lesser data scattered on your screen when you are using the CRM to navigate through your data.
