Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot for prospecting, cold calling, emailing, and setting up meetings with prospects. It helps to organize contact information and have the ability to set tasks to remind us of the workflow each day.

Other CRMs that I have used have been freemium options that really aren't that great which is to be expected when you aren't paying anything for that. So comparatively HubSpot stands far and away from those free versions of CRMs.
I believe that the CRM does well to connect marketing and sales because you can see everyone's touch points with companies and POCs. Automated marketing emails are able to be seen by everyone and you can also track emails that have been sent in the past by other teams.

It is well suited for cold outreach and organizing tasks for each day's workflow. Where it lacks is the data analytics of sequences and templates.
