Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot for my day-to-day operations at my work as well as some more advanced features for tactical and strategic purposes. There are many stages to be addressed when dealing with the client and HubSpot addresses those information point quite succinctly and with great interconnectivity and ease of use. The scope of our case is to "close" the sale in the shortest period of time but at the same time to harmonically manage the client in all stages of the closing process without "overpushing". All those stages are flexibly managed with ease through the automated proccesses that are also set up internally.
  • The operations cycle is managed effectively, given that the "sale cycle" stages are set up correctly.
  • The reports are detailed and readily available also in the mobile app, which is quite handy!
  • Every action is trackable, so it is very easy to find the root cause of any problem that may arise.
  • The tag option in notes is very handy, and coupled with the Gmail integration; all ticketing is readily available to the specific user.
  • The CRM handles efficiently the needs for both B2C and B2B cases which facilitates the processes of companies which have both types of clients.
  • The integration with other platforms as well as with the social media inflow of leads from Facebook and Instagram or from the website, for example, is quite smooth and easily adjustable to include different parameters depending on the specific needs of the organization.
  • Almost all features are customizable and can be tailor-made to the needs of a task force, team, or management. The degrees of freedom provide enhanced flexibility and agility to any modern organization.
  • The template with the colours to be able to be personalized from the user.
  • Perhaps some AR/AI or meta options?? Like meta-marketplace? 3-D showcase of products or services etc.
  • Integration with Google Sheets data entry in real time.
  • Increase revenue.

  • Increases sales rep adoption.
  • Shorter deal cycles.
  • Less lost cases.
  • Less retention rate.
HubSpot is more efficient, agile, and flexible. It can address an organizational need, and it definitely WINS the adoption from the workforce by its simplicity and built-in architecture. It is from salesmen to salesmen. I have used many ERPs in the past, and the difficult part was when we were transitioning from one ERP system to the other, a process that usually took us six months to get acquainted with all the intricacies involved. With HubSpot, this took us less than 6-weeks, and we are a team of 150 people!!
The intradisciplinary nature of HubSpot CRM can be easily understood when you get to experience the benefits of finetuning and merging your marketing efforts with sales deliverables. The underlying principle that you get to experience through the use of HubSpot CRM is that sales and marketing can be effortlessly interconnected, and each team can help each other to achieve the desired outcome through a platform that can bring those two "worlds" together in a symbiotic (coexisting) manner.
HubSpot is much simpler and requires less effort when it comes to finetuning its parameters.

Hubspot is well suited for medium-large organizations with specific and more elaborate needs but can also be implemented in SMEs with some more basic needs due to the fact that it is fully modifiable. The fact that it is accessed from all devices at any point in time, with just an internet connection, and information is readily available and NOT asynchronous as with standard ERPs is a competitive edge for HubSpot, which is based from scratch on the cloud. The simplicity of the workflow, the ease of use, the degree of personalization, and the timeliness of tasks executed are unequivocally contributing to increased efficacy of the team and more sales at the end of the day!
