Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot for my day-to-day operations at my work as well as some more advanced features for tactical and strategic purposes. There are many stages to be addressed when dealing with the client and HubSpot addresses those information point quite succinctly and with great interconnectivity and ease of use. The scope of our case is to "close" the sale in the shortest period of time but at the same time to harmonically manage the client in all stages of the closing process without "overpushing". All those stages are flexibly managed with ease through the automated proccesses that are also set up internally.
- The operations cycle is managed effectively, given that the "sale cycle" stages are set up correctly.
- The reports are detailed and readily available also in the mobile app, which is quite handy!
- Every action is trackable, so it is very easy to find the root cause of any problem that may arise.
- The tag option in notes is very handy, and coupled with the Gmail integration; all ticketing is readily available to the specific user.
- The CRM handles efficiently the needs for both B2C and B2B cases which facilitates the processes of companies which have both types of clients.
- The integration with other platforms as well as with the social media inflow of leads from Facebook and Instagram or from the website, for example, is quite smooth and easily adjustable to include different parameters depending on the specific needs of the organization.
- Almost all features are customizable and can be tailor-made to the needs of a task force, team, or management. The degrees of freedom provide enhanced flexibility and agility to any modern organization.
- The template with the colours to be able to be personalized from the user.
- Perhaps some AR/AI or meta options?? Like meta-marketplace? 3-D showcase of products or services etc.
