Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Very helpful to keep track of a variety of tasks that I need to manage throughout the day. I manage thousands of accounts at any given time, and the organizational structure of HubSpot makes managing them a breeze. Helpful for keeping track of new leads as well as existing accounts.

The other CRM experience I have was used specifically for my company at the time and is too different to compare.
Unfortunately my marketing team does not use hubspot, so I can't give any accurate feedback.
Like I said, all other CRM experience was proprietary and is difficult to compare to hubspot.

Task management is the best use of Hubspot. It keeps me on track with all of the deals that I need to follow up on and the state of those deals. My sales process has many steps and Hubspot makes it easy for me to keep track of the state of each deal.
