Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

The platform is reliable but can be confusing for customer service. I think it might fit better with CSM or sales. I miss other functionalities like a better chat tool or more options for queues.

No keyboard shortcuts is not fine.
I cannot confirm that.
It was not my choice, but I like the integration with mkt and sales.
