Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We have been using HubSpot for 2 years now. We are able to manage our entire sales process from start to end. We use hubspot for the enitre sales process. Leads are captured and we are able to ensure the correct data is present due to the reports we are able to create. HubSpot calling features are also a great way for us to connect with prospects.

HubSpot is very user friendly and easy to teach to newer users. All the tabs link into each other and reporting is easy to create since all the areas are linked to each other. End to end business management is what makes this a great platform to use for every sales force since you can do everything from start to finish.
They are both able to collaborate more efficiently because the CRM combines the 2 properties and makes it accessible to all users. There are a bunch of marketing tools available which are easy to use and implement with great statistic results to support the sales teams as well.
Cheaper and easier to use. Hubspot has it all in one place and gives you better control of the data and tabs you want to be present.

Well suited when you want to create email and call sequences it automatically manages this process for you based on the cadence you set. You are able to continue with the sales process while you are away or asleep emails get sent still and does not work great with hourly reporting as most data is presented in a daily method.
