Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot as a sales tool, marketing tool, and service tool. We have automated our sales process and lead forms. We also communicated updates across our organization easily and efficiently with HubSpot.

Pros

  • Automated email and sequences
  • Live chat
  • Creating contacts through lead forms

Cons

  • HubSpot could improve the search feature to find contacts more easily with additional properties.
  • HubSpot could improve the bulk merge feature so it could be done outside of scheduled dates.
  • Shorter deal cycle
  • Improved chat
HubSpot is a bit more complicated than our previous CRM and is a bit harder to use. But, the tradeoff is worth it given the number of new or improved features by comparison.
HubSpot has made the process from marketing to sales seamless.
HubSpot has a ton of features Highrise does not, and integrates with a number of third-party apps. The search function of Highrise is the only feature that is better than HubSpot's.

HubSpot is great for sales and bringing on new business, but it has been less useful for managing existing accounts.
