Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot to track all customer interactions, from initial contact, to closing the sale. We utilize the Tasks, Meetings, Templates, Deals and Contacts page frequently. On the marketing front, all emails are tracked through there as well as the interaction of websites. Typically use the website everyday.
Pros
- Customization of creation of pipelines to keep track of deals within their respective stages.
- The search tool engine to easily look up a company name or contact name.
- The UI making it easy to send emails within the contact's page as well as creating a follow-up task.
Cons
- The UI can provide different color interfaces. It would be nice to have the ability to change the colour of the program.
- Increased sales rep adoption, and showing my new colleagues how to utilize the platform.
With each marketing campaign email, sales is able to receive various leads that are promising and eventually lead to conversations.
HS is used with the new company I recently started working with. In my previous role, we had utilized Pipedrive and then eventually migrated to HS.
