Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use it as a database for all of our companies that we service. I appreciate how all departments have a singular place to communicate and notate.

We switched from Act! to Hubspot about 1.5 years ago, and it has been a very easy change and overall a better fit for our company.
Hubspot is way better! Act was very outdated and slow, and we are able to integrate with more things using hubspot and noting across departments is seamless.

It works well for sales and the ability for sales and the internal departments to view the same information.

I personally and able to monitor my department's progress well, and there are plenty of integrations to optimize my usage.

Our ticketing system has improved tremendously and I am able to create tickets for other departments and view them as well.
