Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

It's is very easy to use and have complete details of the customer journey. It also help us in quick follow-up and reminders of customer that makes our business delivery more accurate and qualifying.

Pros

  • Keeping track of all customer database
  • Helps us in bulk mailing in systematic manner
  • Help us to call tye customer directly from hubspot.com

Cons

  • Auto dialers if possible on reminders
  • Including chatgpt in it for sending mails
  • UI can have better look
  • Help in reaching more customers inturn gives more revenue
  • Help us in branding as we sending mails automatically
  • Call cost to customer work more lesser using hubspot.com
It is very easy as we have inbuilt reports to view are customer database.
It also have more faster software then others while using multiple tabs.
It gives us the clear report of lead quality by seeing more junk or not interested leads which help the marketing team to focus on different audiences
I can see it us more use friendly compare to others and have more flexibility to our business alliance
