Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Our organization is a service provider and as such we need automatic processes to reach out to clients, track their responses, prioritize based on the response, and navigate the course of business with them. Hubspot is the only tool that is extensively being used for this purpose and hands down is the easiest to use and compatible platform for a sales funnel. From sending emails, drafting templates, adding sequences, setting up meetings, and then monitoring the progress of each and every deal, monthly personal progress, and goal ideation and reporting, Hubspot has got it all.
Pros
- Sending out multiple emails and automated follow-ups through sequences
- Dashboard for monitoring the status of the deals
- Performance review dashboards, daily, weekly and monthly
Cons
- It'd be great if I could add my sales navigator core account details and leads lists to hub spot directly
- Tasks updates and follow up updates - so you don't forget replying to your clients when the work load is more
For monitoring the reach outs vs the outcome, through reporting and dashboards
i don't have a point of comparison, I only use Hubspot
