Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We used another software in my company before, but you can see all the differences after using HubSpot.I like it because I work in sales. After all, the contacts are assigned to each representative, it's easier to use, your sequences can be automated or manual, and what I like apart from the design is that it's convenient and efficient. It helps me organize my week and follow up on my contacts — 100% recommended.

  • I would love that it could be linked to our LinkedIn profile for answers, replies, etc

I already mentioned that in my first review. It's very different from using other software. We love HubSpot in my company for the part of the analytical graphs, last activity date info, organization, and, more.

I love HubSpot when it comes to organization. I am part of the sales team and it is essential to be able to see everyone's customers and with the label of the person who represents them in the company.

If I could change one thing about HubSpot, it would be adding an option to "cancel sent email"
