Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Use it as a sales CRM. Overall fairly easy to navigate and use, but slightly challenging when it comes to utilizing the sequence portion. Also layout could be improved.
  • Easy to run reports
  • Easy to filter data
  • If an deal is active - it should show the deal for every contact in the account
  • Too early to tell, have only been using the platform for 1.5 months
no- not at all. I feel like i have 10x's as many steps as normal to complete tasks. That could also be an internal creation from leadership. Still trying to decide.

I think my outlook would be different if I had different training. Lots of amazing features/functions just don't have the time or capacity to learn them
