Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Use it as a sales CRM. Overall fairly easy to navigate and use, but slightly challenging when it comes to utilizing the sequence portion. Also layout could be improved.
- Easy to run reports
- Easy to filter data
- If an deal is active - it should show the deal for every contact in the account
- Too early to tell, have only been using the platform for 1.5 months
