Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Hubspot allows us to have a high level overview of our sales force while still allowing the individual representative the ability to be very targeted and specific in their customer management. The dashboards and reports allow management to be analytical in decision making without restricting the more specific functionality that the average user is looking for.

It can be very easily learned by new representatives and is very user friendly. They have good training modules and videos that are self paced which allow new employees to learn without directly needing micromanagement from company leadership or other stakeholders. Further, their integrations are easy to set up and make compaitable with it her software or systems.

Any situation requiring management to use information generated from your various reports to derive actionable business intelligence without sacrificing being a user friendly software. When working with heavily distributed teams being able to analyze and determine areas of concern easily and with a certain level of automation allows managers to focus on fixing and address problems, versus detecting them.
