Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot CRM upwards of 50 times a day - it allows me to stay organized with the new prospecting tab, which allows me to view my calendar as well as show emails/calls sent and opened. It also allows me to have insight into how my sales/marketing emails are being received. I can easily set up sequences, which helps me stay on top of who I'm outreaching to.
Pros
- Sequences
- Allow contact records to be updated easily
- Seeing contact activity and connection to deals
Cons
- Creating contacts that automatically connect to the account I am currently looking at would be a nice upgrade.
As a Business Development Specialist - my role mostly includes new customer outreach and we don't overlap too much with the marketing team. The times we do interact within HubSpot CRM is around templates and snippets created to help our outreach and have universal language that is used externally.
Not sure the exact Salesforce product I previously used - but I think it was awful.
