Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Product houses all of our marketing and sales contact and data. Manages our customer journey right through to the production schedule. Conversations inbox for sales communications. Marketing emails and social media posts through HubSpot CRM socials systems. Tickets system manages all of our production jobs and tracks their progress through the manufacturing process. Custom properties and workflows implemented.

Pros

  • Capturing all of the client data information on one page and allows you to view deals, tickets and emails for a contact in one spot.
  • Good flexibility of ability to change properties and add additional properties that suit your businesses needs.
  • Great and easy to use marketing email system where you can just drag and drog the required elements into the email.

Cons

  • No ability to easily duplicate tickets.
  • HubSpot CRM just deleted one of our deals pipelines for no reason and dumped everything from that pipeline into a 'e-commerce pipeline' and cannot find an explanation as to why and how to resolve the issue. We are stuck with many customer deals that were along our sales journey in various stages that are now just dumped in buckets that mean nothing.
  • Once a property on a ticket or deal is made as a single select, there is no option to change it to multi select - you need to re-create a whole new property which doesn't work if you have many tickets or deals that already utilise the existing single select.
  • HubSpot CRM is our main data management platform for everything from marketing contacts, to enquiries, to visualising deals, and production management. It has helped our business grow to a multi-million dollar revenue business in 3 years.
  • HubSpot CRMs automations allow us to save a lot of time savings as we are able to brief suppliers and create tickets at the same time - saving on previous double handling.
  • HubSpot CRMs ability to create custom ticket fields and showcase everything visually across the pipelines allows us to minimise mistakes in our industry which saves time and money.
HubSpot CRM is the main CRM software I have used. However, it is quite intuitive to learn and has great customisation allowing you to build it in a way that makes sense to you and your company. I wouldn't be looking to swap to another provider at this stage as HubSpot CRM have mostly always been helpful at answering questions, providing further information and assisting us in creating custom objects and items that suit our business.
Prior to using HubSpot CRM for all of our marketing efforts, marketing was scattered between Facebook Studio, direct posting from the Instagram app and sending emails through HubSpot CRM. By capturing all of our information through HubSpot CRM and posting directly from their, we have been able to align our socials and email campaigns to what our customers and potential clients in HubSpot CRM are opening and reading and adjusting accordingly. We have also set up automatic workflows that provide tasks for our sales team to reach out to customers showing signficant interest in email campaigns which allows our marketing and sales teams to work together in a better way.
Hubspot CRM better aligns our email marketing strategy, contact lists and integrates it with our sales information. Therefore we are better aligned to customers that we are providing jobs and merchandise for when we are marketing and we can see what our customers are interested in and what doesn't really appeal to them. It is the ability to connect our customer information with our marketing strategy that makes us choose Hubspot CRM over other products.

Hubspot CRM has been well suited to us as a company if we work with the company around customisations and building out additional features that fit best with our business. We have implemented things such as custom code, gotten help with automations and workflows and now our system can brief external suppliers automatically when we create a ticket and then we can follow it right through to delivery to customer and beyond.
