Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Hubspot is the core of our CRM/Sales system... tracking clients and prospects, on-going interaction, follow-ups and the ability to assign account 'owners' with the responsibility of keeping the information up-to-date. We use it across the organization as an all-encompassing repository of everything we know about the people interested in our solutions. From task lists to sending emails, making call, scheduling Teams session, Hubspot is the first thing I open in the morning and use it throughout the day to track progress. Management automatically has access to KPI dashboards and I also use it to manage my goals. It is an awesome tool that is an essential part of growing my business !
- ability to call, email and create Teams sessions directly within Hubspot
- knowing when the emails I sent are being opened and links are clicked
- the reports and dashboards which give me the tracking capabilities against my goals
- the ability to set default parameters at the user level instead of just corporate licence level
- better individual and corporate view of the business metrics progress
- better tracking means less 'missed deadlines'
although I'm still not using the marketing aspect as much as I could, I see that it could facilitate the lead generation with features like Sequence Automation... to be followed
