We us it for all our BDR prospecting and hunting opportunities for new clients. It also integrates into Salesforce nicely.

- Very popular and widely used so loads of people are familiar with it
- Loads of learning material
- Price, huge value and needs lots of justification for the cost when renewing
- Support is hit and miss when we need it
- ROI is generally low as the cost to invest is high, but a high demand for the product is generally what keeps us using this as change is generally not welcome in this subset of users
- The BDR's are very familiar with this and can either get loads of online training or peer help
The Saleforce module is not as popular but we had to change due to vendor reduction and vetting for SOC
