Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot is mostly used to send and receive emails to and from all our clients or customers. It allows us to have all the information and conversation stored in a single place instead of switching to multiple places or platforms for the information. It is recommended to users who want to have all info at a single place.

The overall experience with HubSpot CRM has been very good so far. There are sometimes instances where the website stops working or gets slowed down due to some unknown reasons, but the HubSpot team are quick in rectifying the issues being faced by its users. I have never reached out to HubSpot to fix the issue as it gets resolved pretty quickly. I don't think any other CRM would be this quick in resolving problems.
HubSpot was chosen by default by our company's management but honestly, I am glad that they made this decision. I do not have much experience with any other CRM for more than a couple of weeks but the ease of use provided by HubSpot is amazing. If I were given the choice to choose a CRM, I would directly go for HubSpot.

It is ideal to be used in instances where all the information regarding a business has to be saved in one place. You can add the company name, contact name, multiple email addresses, and phone numbers, and even add fields that are relevant to your business. This helps as you can interact with it and mold it per your requirements.
