HubSpot is mostly used to send and receive emails to and from all our clients or customers. It allows us to have all the information and conversation stored in a single place instead of switching to multiple places or platforms for the information. It is recommended to users who want to have all info at a single place.

HubSpot would be ideal for individuals or small and medium business that are looking for a single software or platform that saves all of the information that has to be regularly used for interaction between customer and employees of your organization. I have personally used this platform for making marketing efforts as it is very user friendly and makes our job easier.
HubSpot was chosen by default by our company's management but honestly, I am glad that they made this decision. I do not have much experience with any other CRM for more than a couple of weeks but the ease of use provided by HubSpot is amazing. If I were given the choice to choose a CRM, I would directly go for HubSpot.
