Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We needed a CRM that allowed us to manage all of our clients, sales, and emails. We were able to set up unique workflows, tasks, deals, and sequences. HubSpot has been great to help with all of our needs and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a CRM.

Once we were able to get everything set up and customize our CRM, it has been very easy to manage and use. The actual onboarding did take a few weeks, but we had a lot of unique needs. I love HubSpot thus far and would recommend at least trying a demo for it.
We have been able to set up unique sequences, templates, and snippets to help engage customers sooner in our sales cycle. This helps us increase the conversion rates for sales. Pipeline management in deals is also easy to use and helps to increase conversion rates. Sales and Marketing can customize reports and emails too.
HubSpot was a better option for us based on pricing and capabilities. We needed a more marketing-focused CRM and HubSpot has allowed us to do just that. HubSpot has all of the options we need to increase our business and has been a solid ROI thus far after three years of using it.

For smaller organizations like ours, I would recommend HubSpot as a great tool to help manage your clients. We do not collect any payments from clients, but it helps us get them from a lead status to a sale. Easy to use, customize, and one of the top CRM's available on the market.
