Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I utilize HubSpot to gain insights and data from our sales team, which informs me on my onboarding and customer account calls. The way we leverage HubSpot creates a uniform record of an account from lead to retention in our customer success journeys. We manage over 1,000 company accounts and tens of thousands of leads and users associated with them.
Pros
- Clear attribution/assignment for activities and tasks.
- Versatility of record keeping methods.
- Accurate, consistent search and filter tools.
- Meeting scheduling.
- Internal comms.
Cons
- Organization of tabs/menus.
- Meeting scheduler time blocks/limits.
- More robust integrations.
- Streamlines sales to CS handoffs seamlessly with uniform logs across all accounts, ensuring all users associated with a deal or account are informed at all times.
- Mass marketing and outreach make product and webinar announcements simple, rather than complex and fraught.
- Email tracking makes accountability easier to report and helps the team strategize when and how to reach out to customers.
HubSpot is easier to navigate, work in, and export data compared to these other software. Its integration with Zapier, Slack, and Chargebee has revolutionized the relationship between our sales and CS teams, making information extremely easy to find. These other platforms I mentioned do the opposite due to technical limitations, cluttered UIs, endless submenus, and a lack of integrations.
