Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
It is our central CRM and marketing automation tool. We use inboxes, deals, contacts, companies, and more every day. Other features that we utilise often are forms, feedback surveys, workflows, and email features. In short, it is an crucial part of our business that is heavily utilised across all teams, both for customer and internal communications.
Pros
- The workflows tool is brilliant, better than any other platform.
- Creating lists and sending mass emails is extremely easy.
- Great hub for all customer data that can then be integrated with other tools.
- Very quick to learn and use.
- Their support is really excellent, again, I think better and quicker than any other tool in our stack.
Cons
- There are a few QOL niggles, for example you can’t use Cmd+Enter to use the primary button. It is pretty much the only software I use that doesn’t have that.
- Some parts of the platform feel clunky compared to others; for example, on feedback surveys, it can sometimes be challenging to locate all the necessary information.
- The support hub/chatbot is not very good. We have since switched to an intercom for this functionality, as the customer experience with the previous system was not satisfactory.
- Saved loads of time in streamlined collaboration.
- We didn’t need to buy 10 different things when our business was much smaller.
- No need for a dedicated ‘CRM Manager’ role
Better in almost every way for a small business - more straightforward, more functionality out of the box, really easy to understand, and get support too.
