Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot CRM to track deals and potential leads. We have mapped out our sales pipeline and move contacts through stages as they go from qualified lead to contract signed, etc. We also track all email communication and sales goals through HubSpot CRM .
Pros
- Email tracking and open rates
- Easy user interface
- Lots of functionality
Cons
- It is pretty expensive for a yearly subscription
- Still unsure what the Marketing Suite entails
- Improved sales efficiency
- Improved Data Visibility and Reporting
- Increased customer engagement
HubSpot CRM definitely has the most features and is built for enterprise clients. We have been testing some other CRMs. They often have limited functionality but for a cheaper price ex. Attio.
