Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot CRM to track deals and potential leads. We have mapped out our sales pipeline and move contacts through stages as they go from qualified lead to contract signed, etc. We also track all email communication and sales goals through HubSpot CRM .

Pros

  • Email tracking and open rates
  • Easy user interface
  • Lots of functionality

Cons

  • It is pretty expensive for a yearly subscription
  • Still unsure what the Marketing Suite entails
  • Improved sales efficiency
  • Improved Data Visibility and Reporting
  • Increased customer engagement
I think it is relavely easy to use but again there are lots of features and functionality that we are not using because we don't know how it works/aren't taking the time to figure out what else we can do
HubSpot CRM definitely has the most features and is built for enterprise clients. We have been testing some other CRMs. They often have limited functionality but for a cheaper price ex. Attio.

I dont feel like the price point is good for smaller businesses - it is not maintainable. It is very good for lots of functionality with setting up email flows, tracking emails, viewing and analyzing sales pipelines and generating reports.
