I have worked for companies that used Pipedrive and Zoho CRM Plus, but despite their differences in features, I find these tools to be the same. Zoho CRM Plus is excellent software to keep clients' information in the same location, but it is too costly if you ask me. Pipedrive is also decent software for client engagement, but I find HubSpot CRM the best of them all because it is upgrading itself every day, and that is something needed to rule the market.
