Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Our marketing, sales, and support teams collaborate better since we use HubSpot CRM to keep client or customer data in one place. We avoid problems like the problem of dispersed data and the problem of time-consuming tasks in this way. We can automate follow-ups and see where every deal stands with HubSpot.

If anyone asks me, then it is perfect software for increasing the sales of any company. As it has some features like email summary generation according to past history of mails with clients. Team members can also make a note while discussing or offering any deals to any client, which is outstanding for me. We do not need to search multiple locations for client data because it can be accessed in an organized manner.
I have worked for companies that used Pipedrive and Zoho CRM Plus, but despite their differences in features, I find these tools to be the same. Zoho CRM Plus is excellent software to keep clients' information in the same location, but it is too costly if you ask me. Pipedrive is also decent software for client engagement, but I find HubSpot CRM the best of them all because it is upgrading itself every day, and that is something needed to rule the market.

It assisted in negotiating a deal with a very challenging client, so I am giving it a perfect score. Everyone was saying that we could not work out a deal with our company's one client because he had unique requirements for the project. I decided to use HubSpot CRM to review all of his emails with our company, asking it to compile a list of his needs and create a report. I was able to close that deal with the client after reading that report and comprehending his true needs.
