Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot CRM to keep all our customer information in one place. It helps us know who is talking to which customer and what is happening with each sale. Before, it was hard to track things because they were in different files and emails. Now, it is easy to see deals and tasks in one view. It also shows which marketing ideas are working best, so we don’t waste time or money. Our sales team uses it every day to follow up with new leads, check progress and plan the next steps. It fixes problems like forgetting follow-ups or losing track of leads.

I give HubSpot CRM a 9 out of 10 because it is easy to learn and use. Most features are clear and work well. It helps me do my job faster without much trouble. Sometimes, a few parts can be a little confusing, but overall it is simple and friendly. The mobile app could be better, but the computer version works great.
We tried other product Zoho CRM before using HubSpot CRM. Zoho CRM was too hard for our team to learn, and didn’t work well with our other tools. HubSpot CRM is easier to use and fits better with what we need every day. It helps our team work faster and keeps all customer information in one place. That is why we picked HubSpot CRM over the others.

I give HubSpot CRM a 9 out of 10 because it is easy to use and helps me keep track of all my work. It is great when you have a small or medium team that needs to follow up on many customers and deals. The timeline view helps me see everything clearly, and the automatic emails save a lot of time. It is also good for teams that want to work together without losing important information.
But it might not be the best choice if your team needs very advanced reports or if you use a lot of mobile devices because the mobile app is not as good. Also, if you have a very big company with very complex needs, you might want a different tool that can handle that better.
