Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot Sales

We are using it as a way to track who is opening emails and clicking on attachments. We will then further target those prospects. It's also a good way to track open rates on multiple subject lines.
  • Easy way to send the same template to multiple prospects.
  • Easy way to see who is opening what email and which campaign is most effective.
  • Very user-friendly and amazing support.
  • You still have to manually put people into a campaign versus automatically enrolling everyone at a company.
  • It's an extra step versus just using Outlook.
  • We just started using it, but the cost was very reasonable and we assume the ROI will be worth it.
  • It will help both sales and marketing measure results of email campaigns.
Hubspot sales has much better support and is more user-friendly. We had many broken promises with the other provider.
It is more suited for companies who want to A/B test subject lines and emails and see who is opening their emails.
