The ease of use and the reports Maximo generates are the main
reasons I have been using it for the last three years. Our equipment and
work orders are tracked using Maximo. It has been helpful for me to
predict equipment failures with the help of maintenance history reports.
My company also uses it to track employee time and generate reports
about workers' work habits. The program would be nice if it could
compare the time spent working from day to day, but it currently does
not.
