I have integrated the IBM Robotic Process Automation chatbots with multiple third party websites, It works very efficiently. It provides all the features that makes this process very easy to use and interesting. It requires some features that are missing but those are not required that much, there were some extra features in place of them.
IBM Robotic Process Automation helps us to build the software that can be replace by human and increases efficiency and reduce the cost. In one of our project three people used to work on a single task but after the IBM Robotic Process Automation we automated that job and now one person is only require.
It is very cost effective and easy to use. It has very good customer support and documentation. This product is being used by large users so it has good user community. It provides all features that our company requires. All other available products in market are not cost effective and well suited for our company.
