We have used IBM Robotics Process Automation to solve our customer's general problems. We have trained our model in a very organized way with the help of IBM RPA; it can handle complex queries and share the best possible output. IBM RPA also reduces our workload and increases our productivity.

- Trainings of Chatbot is easy with RPA.
- Integration is possible at maximum 3rd party application.
- In my experience IBM RPA is perfect there is nothing that need for improvement.

The best thing that I've seen in IBM RPA is that it has the capability to integrate the trained model with many applications of a single bot.
