Overall Satisfaction with Infosec IQ

We use Infosec IQ both as a tool for cybersecurity education in our own company and also as a service we sell to our clients. Infosec IQ has revolutionized the way we educate about cybersecurity. It gives us one console to manage multiple streams of education and testing, gives tools to allow our users and clients to feel empowered, and makes management very easy.
  • Dashboards for each client
  • Pre-made content that is effective and easy to deploy
  • Easy user administration and provisioning
  • Tools to help users feel empowered
  • Regular content updating
  • Better options for branding (multiple sources like client and MSP) would be nice
  • The reports are okay, but there is definitely room for improvement; we have to use a hybrid of final reports and in-campaign reports to get the information we want to send to clients.
  • Easy to set up and manage client dashboards
  • Easy to create campaign both for testing and education
  • Easy user creation and/or integration
  • We have been able to leverage Infosec IQ into a profitable service for our clients
  • Our clients have seen demonstrable changes in their employees' cybersecurity awareness and therefore less risk
  • Campaign creation has gone from a few days a month to a few hours
Infosec IQ was just better and easier to use. KnowBe4 was our go-to for a long time, but it just doesn't compare. Sophos is good but doesn't provide the same level of complexity or the number of services.

Infosec IQ is really suited to businesses looking to take control of their cybersecurity education and testing. We use it in house and provision it for clients. The way that licensing scales allows us to add clients as needed and the individual dashboards make it easy to keep clients organized. This, in turn, allows us to focus on the clients needs and track progress very easily. We are using it with clients that have as few as five people and as many as 300.
