Overall Satisfaction with Intuit Mailchimp

We use Mailchimp to send out promotional emails as well as important communications to our members regarding their accounts.

We've had a very successful SMS campaign using Mailchimp. It has created ease in our workflow pertaining to email marketing.
It's allowed us to reach a broader audience with more impact using the SMS campaigns.
It's very intuitive to use and has a solid interface.
Mailchimp's support is much better than HubSpot's, in my opinion.
