Overall Satisfaction with Iterable
We use Iterable today to market to our existing customer base. We create journeys and blast campaigns that help navigate our customers from the moment they sign up to the moment they decide to use our resources for their business. Iterable is a great tool to use to build complex journeys that help filter our customers to the right path they need to move in order to have a seamless onboarding and lifecycle.
Pros
- Journey creation
- Blast campaign creation
- Segmentation and filtering
Cons
- Segmentation and filtering - the UI is still quite old and there is no way to easily segment using the tool
- Workflow functionality - its difficult to know who has gone through a journey
- Workflow functionality - I would like to be able to push people out of a specific node on my own
- Iterable has been great when it comes to testing the legitimacy of our onboarding workflow. We saw that we were able to save about $36K in cost by creating a holdout group that didn't receive any emails in their first 30d.
Yes. We primarily use Iterable's email and in-app notification capabilities. We use the segmentation filtering in Iterable's workflow to test and rollout personalized campaigns by creating dynamic content in our templates. These templates show content based off of handlebar logic on a sellers profile. So if a seller is using a specific product and not the other then it'll show that specific portion in the template.
Because of the way our data is set up we are unable to promote cross-channel personalization in real time for our customers.
