The quality of support is excellent.

- Intuitive use and administration.
- Collaborate with recruiting colleagues on candidate statuses, moving candidates through the process.
- User access control - The ability to restrict certain recruiters to access requisitions and candidates associated with their office, country, or region.
- Is application-centric vs candidate-centric. If I search for John Smith, it looks like there at 10 John smiths in results, whereas in reality there is one who has applied to 10 jobs.
- Ability to integrate with multiple instances of Office365 for calendar/interview booking reasons.
- Positive - Effectively allows us to post jobs and distribute them.
- Positive - Compliance management.
- Positive - Collaboration within our recruiting team.
We picked Jobvite primarily because the cost to features ratio was the right one for us based on our business requirements. We also selected them because of ease of use, strong customer support, and the ability to support multiple market-facing brands. CATS is good but very simple. iCIMS is probably superior as a true enterprise-level system but was more sophisticated and costly than we needed.
