Overall Satisfaction with Join.me
Join.me has been used for conference calls as well as screen sharing. It solves the problem of sharing content, or viewing/troubleshooting an issue a client has with their website. It's my go-to tool for QUICKLY viewing a client's screen so I can see what they're looking at, guide them through troubleshooting, or even share my screen and train them.

- I've only used the free version of join.me since I don't need the paid features. It's saved me from having a monthly subscription to a screen sharing service like Webex!

Webex has a higher quality video and audio output, but it still depends on bandwidth. Join.me is significantly cheaper, offers a free version, and is much easier to set up. While the video and audio quality with Join.me isn't as great as Webex, it still gets the job done and is worth the savings.
