Overall Satisfaction with Kaseya VSA
Kaseya VSA is used to monitor the endpoints across our network and provide remote support from our central IT team. It is used globally internally by our team, with a number of profiles & automations configured to address common issues where possible. It's also used to monitor and alert on key things such as services running.

- The server reliability recently has been poor.
- Kaseya VSA support team have dropped slightly.
- Remote access to support session changes and multiple screens
- Improved visibility and less time looking for information
- Speed of providing support
- Asset information and logs in one place
Kaseya VSA compares well to other solutions available. I think some of the other solutions so have some small areas which are better than Kaseya VSA, however as an overall product, Kaseya VSA seems most complete. I'd like to see them continuing to evolve the product as it hasn't had an overhaul for a while and could do some some more slick features in areas.
